Role Expectation:
The purpose of this role is to responsible for system development related to project planning, application specification, design, and implementation for the firm’s IT and systems.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Gather and conduct analysis on user requirements
- Work directly with users to design/adjust workflow based on user requirements
- Code, install, review, test and debug programs as part of project delivery, including database programing
- Develop new solutions and remain up to date on the latest technologies and trends
Skill and Abilities:
- Good command of English
- Ability to operate under minimal supervision and able to provide work direction for junior staffs
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with service mind
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, AIS, MIS or related fields
- At least 5 years’ experience in programing using C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, VB, Crystal Report, XML
- Hands-on experience with web technologies and framework (e.g. HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript)
- Experience with RDBMS and Microsoft SQL
