Key Responsibilities:
- Administer IT Network, Active Directory, Windows Server 2016/2019, Microsoft Exchange 2016, and Microsoft Office 365 Admin
- Maintain technical expertise in network, system, security, switch, Wi-Fi, Firewall, and Proxy Server
- Set up and run diagnostic tests, react appropriately to the messages, and report error or machine malfunctions as required
- Troubleshoot networks, systems, security, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions
- Perform other essential duties as assigned by Infrastructure Manager
Education & Experiences
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in network, system, hardware, and software application
- Experience in IP telephone, Windows Server 2016/2019, Active Directory, Microsoft Outlook 2016/2019, MS Exchange System 2016, Microsoft Office 365 Admin and Anti-virus
Knowledge, Abilities & Skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of computer software, hardware, network and security infrastructure
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Able to visit overseas offices in short period term
- Microsoft or CCNA certification is an advantage
