Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems within time limits
- Verify accuracy and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Update existing data, review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Education & Experiences
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably in English
- Fresh graduates are welcome
Knowledge, Abilities & Skills
- Good command of English
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
Attitudes and Behaviors
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, organized, accurate, and highly reliable
- Responsible and able to work overtime to complete work within deadline
- Strong service mind and positive attitude
- Flexible and a good team player with an ability to take on new initiatives
