Client Service Executive

POSITION SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming local and overseas phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel, as well as place outgoing local and overseas phone calls.
  • Take messages and ensure that they are received by the appropriate personnel.
  • Greet, meet, and take care of clients and visitors.
  • Receive, record, and route courier packages delivered to the firm and/or individuals in the firm, and maintain a record of outgoing courier packages.
  • Perform receptionist work – answer routine questions and refer other questions to the appropriate persons, and other duties as assigned.
  • Record local and overseas call and postage charges on a weekly basis and provide personnel expense reports for payroll deduction processing.
  • Schedule and maintain records for the usage of meeting rooms and maintain neatness of lobby, conference rooms, and client service area.

Education & Experiences

  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in English Communication)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • At least 1-2 years of client service preferred

Knowledge, Abilities & Skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English (minimum TOEIC score of 800)
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office

  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, organized, accurate, and highly reliable
  • Responsible and able to work overtime to complete work within deadline
  • Strong service mind and positive attitude
  • Flexible and a good team player with an ability to take on new initiatives
  • Willingness to communicate with foreign clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
