Key Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing, drafting, reviewing, and providing consultancy for trademark and/or patent related matters
- Conducting trademark and/or patent searches, infringement analysis, and freedom-to-operate searches and analysis
- Responding to inquiries, including, but not limited to, new application procedures/estimated costs, renewal procedures/estimated costs, and related matters
- Formulating strategies, providing opinions and analytical responses to client and potential client requests for advice, and acting as a client contact
- Preparing and delivering presentations for associations, conferences, conventions, and individuals; writing articles; and participating in various conferences
- Performing other necessary tasks related to Intellectual Property matters, and other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Law; with an attorney license
- At least 3 years of work experience related to Intellectual Property matters
- Fluency in English communication and excellent writing skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and research skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- A strong commitment to client service
- A proven record of success in identifying and capturing new business opportunities
- Strong case, client, and team management skills
