Key Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing, drafting, reviewing, and providing consultancy for trademark and/or patent related matters
• Conducting trademark and/or patent searches, infringement analysis, and freedom-to-operate searches and analysis
• Responding to inquiries, including, but not limited to, new application procedures/estimated costs, renewal procedures/estimated costs, and related matters
• Formulating strategies, providing opinions and analytical responses to client and potential client requests for advice, and acting as a client contact
• Preparing and delivering presentations for associations, conferences, conventions, and individuals; writing articles; and participating in various conferences
• Performing other necessary tasks related to Intellectual Property matters, and other administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Law; with an attorney license
• At least 3 years of work experience related to Intellectual Property matters
• Fluency in English communication and excellent writing skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and research skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• A strong commitment to client service
• A proven record of success in identifying and capturing new business opportunities
• Strong case, client, and team management skills
