POSITION SUMMARY

This role is to provide administrative support and conduct simple online searches for Investigation Unit of Intellectual Property Department. Serves as a liaison to deal with internal stakeholders from across the firm and interacts with external personnel and others in connection with administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide general administrative support to our Investigation Unit
  • Conduct simple online searches
  • Prepare legal documentation and forms, such as time sheets, payment vouchers, and other necessary documents
  • Answer phone calls and handle initial inquiries, verbal and written, on behalf of investigators
  • Manage diaries and make appointments, arrange travel and prepare business itineraries

  • Good analytical and research skills
  • Organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
  • Detail-oriented and strong service mind
  • Ability to foster effective communication among diverse stakeholders, and committed to finding creative solutions to complex problems
  • Good judgment and ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Thai and English, with good communication and writing skills

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Good command of English (minimum TOEIC score of 700)
