Tunyanun Kiticharoenjit is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property department in Bangkok. As an intellectual property specialist with particular expertise on trademark matters, she assists domestic and international companies with trademark registration, recordal of changes and assignments, oppositions, cancellations, and renewals.
Tunyanun advises clients on all aspects of IP prosecution in Thailand and various other jurisdictions worldwide to ensure efficient and effective IP portfolio management. She helps businesses understand, secure, and capitalize on their intellectual property by analyzing relevant conditions, conducting trademark searches, and advising on possibilities for registration and use. She also supervises the preparation of trademark applications, registrations, and renewals and coordinates enforcement strategies to protect brand owners’ interests.
Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Tunyanun worked as a human rights promotion officer at the Thai Ministry of Justice and as a research assistant for projects conducted by Ghent University in Belgium. Tunyanun holds an LLM in Criminal Justice from Queen’s University Belfast and an LLB from Kasetsart University.
