Biography

Linh Ngoc Nguyen is an associate with the Tilleke & Gibbins corporate and commercial team, based in the Ho Chi Minh City office. Linh specializes in corporate and M&A matters, and has advised a wide range of high-profile clients across many industries, including fitness, consumer goods, technology, education, and e-commerce, on their strategic investments, restructuring, and daily legal issues in Vietnam.

Linh is a licensed lawyer and a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association. Before joining Tilleke & Gibbins, she spent seven years with another international law firm in Vietnam.
