Biography

Nacha Srinakarin is knowledge and research services manager at Tilleke & Gibbins in Bangkok, where she leads the firm’s regional knowledge management activities. In addition to overseeing knowledge management training, programming, and engagement activities, she also spearheads knowledge management initiatives to enhance Tilleke & Gibbins’ knowledge management culture and capacity. In Bangkok, she manages the firm’s library team to ensure efficient library circulation services, provides timely legal research services, and develops legal process improvements for the benefit of Tilleke & Gibbins attorneys and their clients.

With over a decade of experience in legal operations, Nacha is passionate about utilizing technology to leverage information and improve legal knowledge management. Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, she worked in legal and research roles at various international and U.S.-based humanitarian organizations. She assisted in the design of social programs for Partnership with Children and Lutheran Social Services of New York, and she conducted research for the International Rescue Committee to guide program implementation during the Syrian refugee crisis. She has also provided pro bono legal assistance to refugees and asylum seekers as a legal intern at Human Rights First and worked on immigration-related human rights cases as a law clerk. Having served on the Editorial Board of the Columbia Social Work Review, she continues to have a strong commitment to developing systems that enhance knowledge and research.

Nacha holds a JD from George Washington University, an MS in Social Work from Columbia University, and a BA in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Washington.
