Biography

Phatamol Phisitbuntoon is a senior associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial department in Bangkok. She has extensive experience in the areas of domestic and international capital markets, including securities offerings under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act. Phatamol also advises multinational and domestic companies on general corporate matters including governance and M&A transactions.

Phatamol’s experience stretches across a wide range of industries, including energy, logistics, real estate, and food and beverages. Her business-oriented advice and assistance to corporate clients helps Thai companies expand their market position both at home and internationally.

Phatamol holds an LLM from University College London, and LLM in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Aberdeen, and an LLB from Chulalongkorn University.


Experience
  • Represented an energy company in an IPO valued at THB 4.47 billion (approx. USD 136.1 million) and listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
  • Represented a hospital in an IPO valued at THB 2.3 billion (approx. USD 70 million) and listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
  • Represented two listed companies in relation to the restructuring of another listed company, which involved the sale of subsidiaries and assets as well as the issuing of new shares as compensation, with a transaction value of over THB 2 billion (approx. USD 60.9 million).
  • Represented a retail decorative paint and coating manufacturer in an IPO valued at THB 12.18 billion (approx. USD 367 million) and listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, as well as an international offering under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act.
  • Represented a petrochemicals company in a spin-off and an IPO valued at THB 3.1 billion (approx. USD 94.4 million) and listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
