The legal 500  and The In-House Lawyer  recently published the first edition of the Comparative Legal Guide: Patent Litigation, an authoritative guide that provides comprehensive overviews of the legal framework and key issues surrounding patent litigation law in 28 jurisdictions worldwide in an easy-to-read question and answer format. To complete the Vietnam chapter of the guide, the co-publishers relied on the vast knowledge of three Tilleke & Gibbins intellectual property practitioners: Loc Xuan Le, partner; Linh Duy Mai, attorney-at-law; and Giang Hoang Bach, attorney-at-law.
