The 2018 edition of Managing Intellectual Property’s (MIP) Patent Survey has been released, and Tilleke & Gibbins has once again been recognized as one of the top patent practices in Thailand.

This is the sixteenth consecutive year that Tilleke & Gibbins has been ranked in Tier 1 in both patent prosecution and patent contentious in Thailand, with only one other law firm in the jurisdiction ranked in the same tier in 2018. The survey is based on extensive research conducted over a period of several months, with in-depth feedback obtained from leading brand owners and IP practitioners in over 70 jurisdictions worldwide.
