Tilleke & Gibbins and PwC to Host Seminar on Forensic Investigation and Asset Recovery

Asset misappropriation remains far and away the most common type of economic crime faced by companies, accounting for 64% of all reported economic crime in statistics revealed by PwC’s Global Economic Crime Survey 2016. Addressing this type of employee fraud requires significant resources—first through systematic investigations, and then through extensive processes to recover lost assets.

To assist our clients with planning and prevention measures, as well as best practices for dealing with asset misappropriation when it is uncovered,Tilleke & Gibbins and PwC are jointly organizing a seminar on the topic of “Asset Misappropriation: Forensic Investigation and Asset Recovery.” The event will feature in-depth presentations by the following prominent speakers:

  • Vorapong Sutanont,  Partner – Forensics services, PwC Thailand
  • Thawat Damsa-ard, Partner, Tilleke & Gibbins
  • John Frangos, Consultant, Tilleke & Gibbins

In addition, the program will feature an open Q&A session which will give you the opportunity to seek additional information and exchange ideas with other participants and speakers.
