POSITION SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing a wide variety of secretarial and administrative duties, primarily in supporting Finance & Accounting team, the Head office, and Lao office.
  • Making meeting/travel arrangements for lawyers.
  • Taking care of procurement and contacting vendors regarding office stationery and supplies.
  • Processing payment vouchers and other records for the Head office and Lao office.
  • Performing other essential tasks as assigned.

 Qualifications

  • Lao national
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Experience in handling legal or administrative matters would be an advantage
  • Very good command of spoken and written English
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, highly reliable, and service-oriented
