Banks Require Customers to Stop Affixing Company Seals on Checks

Beginning in February 2010, Thai banks will no longer accept company seals, embossed seals, or colored seals on checks. As a result, the binding authority combined with company seal, embossed seal, or colored seal on checking accounts will need to be amended.
