  • Secured BOI promotional privileges for a leading global distributor to commence operations in Thailand.

  • Advised a client on the applicable laws and procedures for importing fresh fruit into the Kingdom.

  • Liaised with Thai Customs, on behalf of our client, to resolve a charge of a false declaration related to the import of a hazardous substance. We also advised our client on the applicable import laws.

  • Advised a client on the current and proposed laws on surrogacy; our guidance also included information on the current state of and societal considerations pertaining to surrogacy in Thailand.

  • Registered and documented the replacement of the board of directors of a foundation.
