Threenuch Chatmahasuwan is an experienced attorney-at-law in the intellectual property group of Tilleke & Gibbins. Her practice focuses primarily on trademark issues both in Thailand and overseas. Threenuch works with clients to create strategies for worldwide protection of trademark rights, provides legal advice on copyright and geographical indication issues, conducts trademarks searches and other investigations, and negotiates with opposing parties to further clients’ goals. She also prepares and prosecutes trademark applications, appeal petitions, oppositions, and cancellations in Thailand and abroad. Threenuch acts on behalf of clients in diverse industries, including electronics, chemicals, apparel, cosmetics, healthcare, and food and beverages.
Threenuch is a patent agent and a notarial services attorney. She is also a member of the Thai Bar Association and the Lawyers Council of Thailand. In 2012, she completed the “Development of Specialist in Trademark Registration” course at the Thai Department of Intellectual Property.
