  • Represented a global healthcare innovator in cancelling the registration of a mark in Cambodia that was similar to our client’s well-known mark for a pharmaceutical product.

  • Prevented the registration in Vietnam of a certain device mark belonging to a fashion company, which in other jurisdictions may be allowed to coexist with the leading apparel trademark of our client.

  • Opposed the registration of a mark in Class 8 in Cambodia based upon a well-known mark registered in other classes and belonging to our client, a global apparel company.
