Kanjana Pumichatpong is a patent agent in the intellectual property group. She handles patent registration and patent prosecution in Thailand, including filing new patent, design patent, and petty patent applications, drafting specifications, registering any change of ownership of patents and patent applications, defending clients’ patents and patent applications from objection and opposition, and filing oppositions and appeals.
Kanjana received a B.S. in microbiology from Burapha University in Thailand and a master’s degree in International Trade from Victoria University in Australia.
