Liaised with Thai Customs, on behalf of our client, to resolve a charge of a false declaration related to the import of a hazardous substance. We also advised our client on the applicable import laws.

Advised a client on the current and proposed laws on surrogacy; our guidance also included information on the current state of and societal considerations pertaining to surrogacy in Thailand.

Registered and documented the replacement of the board of directors of a foundation.

Represented an international steel producer in combating unfairly priced imports from certain other countries. We assisted in petitioning for an investigation, so as to ultimately assess antidumping duties. If approved, the measures will result in increased profitability.

Represented a multinational corporation in preparing appeal documentation to be submitted to the Thai Customs Department concerning customs tariff codes and rates declared for various types of imported chemical products.
